Conceive the day after ovulation?

Hi all
I started cycle tracking last Thursday and they told me my blood tests showed that I had ovulated on Wednesday (the day before). We dtd that night anyway (hadn't for a week prior) but I thought no hope as ovulated yesterday... But 6dpo I noticed some very very light spotting and 8dpo I'm nauseous all day so so badly (and just like with previous pregnancies), headache and such bad fatigue that I had to come home from work early...
Has anyone any experience of getting pregnant from sex the day AFTER ovulation???

Hi,

I haven't had experience but I think it takes 12 hours for the egg to travel down the fallopian tube.. so maybe if you dtd that night then the egg was there ready and waiting? So you may be in with a chance? I may be wrong but it makes sense to me!

the egg last 12-24hours, but is more likely only thought to be upto 18hours, so if you managed to DTD in that time the egg was still there then I would say it is highly likely that you did conceive, take a preg test to be sure. FX !!!
