Concerned: My baby makes boxer moves

I am concerned about my baby. She just turned 6 months old and has had her 6 months shots but lately she has been doing this strange boxer movement tucking her head and bobbing side to side and with fisted hands moving them in and out like a boxer. At some points she is even hitting her own face. I cant reach out to the doctor until monday so I have been looking online for anyone else who has a baby who does this? I went to a baby shower today for a coworker and everyone commented on my babies strange hand movements. I thought it might be her teeth coming in or allergies but now I am not so sure.
