Confused about storing?

I know I can't just store made up formula, but is it ok just to fill bottles with boiling water in the morning and then add formula when I need them throughout the day???

I do this but because I use hipp combiotic which has to be made up with lower temp water. X

I think it depends on if you are uk/us. I'm us and my formula can says room temp water is fine. I was and sanitize all my bottles then fill with distilled nursery water and put my gas drops in then put the nipple and lids on and leave them all on my nightstand so I don't have to get out of bed at night

Its fine. i did this with DS1 and have been too with DS2. SOmeone did mention to me that the powder has to be added to hot water so it was steralised (you're telling me the powder contains bugs? eh) anyhoo i queried this with MW, told her what i'd been told and she just rolled her eyes at me and said what i was doing was fine

I think it's actually safer to premake them and put in fridge for up to 24 hours rather than that method.

Fun fact; the brand I use (Similac) had a recall in 2010 for bugs in it. :/ Too bad this is the only brand he can handle...

Seriously?! This is What I use. She can't handle Enfamil. Bleh .. Maybe we wil try the Enfamil A.R. Agian. But last time she was SO cranky on it

I switched to RTF and then to concentrate for that reason. It was only in the powder as the liquids are sterile.
Apparently one of the top two factories that made the powder became infested. Quite gross, actually.

And I hope if you want to switch brands, it's easy and you have no problems... Similac is super sweet so you'd have to wean her to the next formula.
