confused

So....I have an eight month old. My mirena IUD was removed when she was five months old. Dad and I had unprotected sex on what I was certain was my fertile days. I am 6 days late for AF and I have just been diagnosed with a UTI. The docs did a urine test at the hospital but it was negative. I have lower backache nausea tender breasts and I have been extremely tired. I feel pregnant but the test was negative. Could my UTI be causing a problem?
