Confused?

Hello everyone. I'm not exactly TTC but I do have some questions as I have had some weird symptoms lately. I am 34 yo and I have 3 kids: 12 yo boy/girl twins and a soon to be 7 to girl. I had my tubes tied after my youngest was born.... Almost 7 years ago. My last period was March 8, but this past week I have had some familiar symptoms: sore breasts, I had 2 cold sores pop up today, I have 3 zits ( I don't usually break out), I have a hemorrhoid (2nd one ever), and I have nasal congestion. I cry at the drop of at hat several times a day. I haven't missed my period and I know my odds are slim but what do you think could be going on? Oh and I had a uti a week or two ago and it came back as strep??? What in the world?

Have you taken a test? I say do a test and find out. Chances are slim but nothing is impossible, right?

I haven't taken a test yet. I've thought about it. Then I thought I would wait and see if AF comes. I've also had some shortness of breath. Craziness.
