Confused :(

Ok so I took an ovulation test yesterday not expecting to see a line but there was and it was kinda unclear and then retook a test this morning and the line was def darker and so I took one tonight to see if maybe the test was a bad one and the line was really light.... Did I ovulate or no? I'm not due to ovulate until Thursday .... So confusing any thoughts/advice is much appreciated!!!

Now I've been having some cramping and had some spotting while me and the hubby bd this am... Never had this happen before :/
