Congested 1 month old

My poor baby is so congested. I'm blaming the crappy weather, even though she is inside all the time. Her nose sounds stuffy and her cough is wet (like phlegmy). Anything I can do? I'm pretty medicine is out of the question.

My DD had a cold when she was too young for anything much. We used saline spray/drops which really helped as did running the shower to get the bathroom steamy then letting the steam unblock her so she could feed x

Steamy bathroom was the only thing that ever worked for us. Oh and I had 2 paramedics advise me to raise the cot/moses basket stand at the head to help it drain away in the night, definitely worked.
