Constant ache/pain from subchronic hemorrhage?

I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and i have a small subchronic hemorrhage. I lost a baby at 10 weeks in December due to a SCH so I'm extremely anxious that it's going to happen again.

I have a constant ache in uterus and it feels like the same pain i felt at the end of my last miscarriage before the baby died.

Has anyone else had a similar constant ache/pain from a sch?

I have a sch, found out at 6 weeks due to spotting, still spot on/off now and I'm 15+2 and I have an achy tummy too at times. My dating scan went really well and I'm starting to feel baby flutters so there is hope for you too

Also I was told my sch was 5cm, I'm not sure if it's healed or decreased in size or anything, but I do know the baby is progressing as it should
