Hi all,
Does anyone have any advice..In the last 6 months I get a cold almost monthly and I have had cystitus twice and constantly get mouth ulcers. I work in a gym but have done for 3 years so i'm thinking the air conditioning in there isn't the best. I guess i'm lacking in something but I take vitamns everyday.
Any help much appreciated x
