Continuing Clomid after Chemical

Hi Ladies! Unfortunately I have had to chemical pregnancies this year already, one on January 5th (4 weeks 3 days -no clomid) and the other was on March 29th (4 weeks) with my first round of clomid. My doctor told me to treat it as a period and to continue trying but I wanted to know if any of you have continued with clomid as well. The bleeding has stopped today which is day 3 and would also be the first day that I would take my first pill. Any advice and has anyone had any success from doing this? We are ready to bring a sticky baby in to this world!
