Okay you guys, first off I am a HUGE worrier and worry about everything and I'm terrified of going into premature labor and not knowing it and something going really wrong or not knowing something is wrong. Lately I have been having a bunch of braxton hicks. I try to time them but it's like I don't know when they start. Sometimes they come one and then another but I dont know when is too much because I'm not sure when they start. Plus, I hate to keep calling the doctor because all they can do is send me to labor and delivery have them hook me up to monitors and then they send me home. Is there anyway of me knowing for sure somethings wrong? I am sorry this is so broad. :dohh:

And I was sitting and started to walk around and it started to hurt low down but it was really hard up high, now i sit back down and i'm having like cramps are these typical braxton hicks?

Hon, lay on your left side and drink several glasses of water.

If they leave after a bit (stay laying down and drinking) then they're BH. If they don't? Get yourself to the hospital just to be safe.

I'd give laying on your side and drinking 10-20 minutes, if they havent left then then go to the hospital.

Well now the contractions are gone but im having cramping and mu bump is achey all over :/ This is so confusing!

The cramping is most likely just the muscles and tendons and stuff stretching.
I had the same problem the other night and my doctor said its nothing to worry about.
Just lay on your left side, drink some water and sometimes a heating pad on low can help

I've had BH and also real contractions. BH seem to deal solely on the tummy area. The real one feels like BH plus period pain and kidney stone pain. Not nice. lol. I would suggest laying down and getting some nice cold water, you may have just worn yourself out today and that's why your BH feel so strong? On days when I've done a lot of walking or stressing my BH are a lot worse! Hope you feel better soon! :hugs:

Thank you, that's probably what it was. They're all better now. But, I was doing a lot of walking around and what not shopping for baby shower things today. Thanks to everyone! :hugs:
