Contractions all day....BH or not?

Hi ladies.

I'm almost 33 weeks. I've been having contractions since lunchtime. It's now 8 PM.

I'm inclined to think they are Braxton Hicks....but. They are fairly regular and my back hurts and I can't move while having one as it hurts and takes my breath away.

I don't think it's the real thing as my previous 2 children were well overdue.

I feel like I'd be wasting time if I go to the hospital to see the midwife.

Well I can really give good advice, but they say to go in if there's more than 4 an hour as it could be preterm labor. That coupled with the back pain is worth at least a call to see what they think if you don't want to go in.
