I was contracted to 16hrs pw when I went on maternity, now we do redo our contracts about once a year I think but I've been taken down to 13hrs ...
The company has done away with 16hr contracts BUT someone from work has just mentioned that they don't think my 16hrs should of been taen off me while I'm on maternity .. ?
Also now I'm less than 16hrs do I have to let child tax credits know? My income won't be changed up or down by £10,000 and my partner still works 30+ hrs pw.
