DH and I were watching TV last night and I saw a commercial for chocolate chip cookies. I mentioned to him that they looked good so he went and bought a bag of chips ahoy chocolate chip cookies for me, I ate most of the bag than and there :blush::rofl::rofl:

haha, oh yes vickie. i know the feeling.
i had a craving for cake one day and the next day my husband surprised me with a huge slice of this gourmet chocolate mouse cake. i was thrilled.

My weakness has been Oreo Cookies. My hubby keeps buying them for me and I keep devouring them!

I told my hubby that we should name the baby "Oreo". He wasn't amused...

:rofl: My DH's family referred to his younger sister (she's five) as omelet before she was born, they even still use the nickname sometimes!

My big craving so far was Cheerios, I ate 1/2 a box in about 2 hours.

:rofl::rofl:

Food tastes so goooood when you're pregnant. Honestly, don't think I've left anything for later when I ate something I craved :blush:

mmm...my first real craving was grilled cheese. I think i could eat it all day!

Hubby drove 15 miles and got a peppermint blizzard for me yesterday after I said it sounded VERY good :)

I ate a little last night, and am going to have the rest this afternoon.:happydance:

My poor DH is worried to death that I'm going to have cravings for Tex-Mex food as I'm originally from Texas (we can't find any decent Tex-Mex places here). :rofl:

That's kinda our problem but in reverse. DH is from TX and has the same problem where we live, though there are one or two options in a pinch. He's got loads of family recipes though and makes them for us often.

After moving to London from TX, I learned that bad Tex-mex is better than none at all. But after about a year there I did find 2 places that were pretty good.

Now I just wished I could get good fish and chips!!

:rofl: The exact same thing happened to me with hob nobs, so out he went but I may very well have ate the lot :blush:

last night, DH and i went to our favorite pizza place. They have this wonderful house salad...part of what makes it so yummy is the house dressing, a creamy italian. we always order a salad to share before our slices, but last night, DH laughed at me because the salad was just so good, i felt like i could have eaten 4 of them. the pizza slice i ordered was good, but if i had it to do over again, i probably would have just ordered 3 salads instead! i'm definitely starting to notice more unusual cravings for me...a big one right now for me is chicken salad with pickles!

:rofl: Well I've found one place that makes decent fajitas but their hot sauce is just horrible!! I finally started making it at home, it tastes much better than anything I've found here :rofl::rofl:
