Copying and pasting on an applemac??

Hi, I really want to add a ticker to my page, but I have no idea how to copy and paste links once I have produced a ticker from that site onto here using an apple mac. Any ideas?

Apple + C to copy then Apple + V to paste.

if you don't have the button with the apple on it can also look like a little square with circles (best description i can muster) on the corner and is found to the left of the space bar on the keyboard.
