Cost of Clomid

Hi,

I have just joined and would like to know if anyone in London or UK knows how much it cost for clomid treatment privately. I been and found that I have no problems on NHS other than ovulating. My periods are between 40-50 days but need to loose at least three stone before I can have the clomid treatment on the NHS which I am trying to do. The doctor said he was sorry as believe I would have success with the treatment, I have started using the clear blue fertility monitor for two cycles now and have had no sign of peak fertility only high which could be because I am not ovulating. So trying to loose weight to have treatment for free but if anyone knows the cost I really appreciate some info thank you! x

not sure as I live in the states.. I know the prescription here runs about $5 a month sorry didn't want to read and run

I'm not really sure to be honest, I didnt know you could pay private for clomid as I though only your fs could prescribe it? Do you have an assisted conception clinic you could maybe speak with at your local hospital?
