(Sorry I just realized this should probably go in the TWW forum, so if you see a duplicate of this in the trying to conceive hopefully it gets deleted/please ignore...)

Hey guys, I'll try and make it quick. I'm 26 and I have PCOS. I just did my second round of Femera on 5mg (the 1st round was only 2.5mg and it didn't work, some follicles grew, but not big and then they just went away), and tomorrow will be 14dpo. Today my pregnancy test was again negative.

Now, my husband and I tried a year before seeing a specialist. On birth control I had consistent periods but off of it I got none after the typical one you get after stopping it, which I should have known but kind of forgot that in high school they just stopped...actually thats why I went on birth control I wasn't comfortable getting no periods. Anyways, that whole year before seeing a doctor I symptom spotted like CRAZY so I know what I'm like when I do it. I finally told myself, "Listen, your boobs never change, until your boobs change stop thinking you're pregnant!" And that's what I've been going with for months now.

WELL...so I ovulated on the 2nd of February. Husband and I had sex that day and the next like we were told. So today is technically I guess 13dpo. Now, starting about 5-7 days ago, I SWEAR my boobs have changed. They are bigger, feel fuller, and I'm just so aware of them when I walk, run, put on shirts like I've NEVER been before. My nipples are sore but only slightly when I touch them. I can even pinch them a bit (sorry tmi I know) without it hurtling like major but I can tell they are a bit sore. Even when I was symptom spotting I knew in my heart nothing about my boobs were changing lol, hence the scolding I gave myself. So this prompted me to want to write on here.

And then, starting yesterday, at 12dpo it suddenly hurt to swallow. I took some Tylenol and it helped, so clearly my throat is part inflamed/irritated, but I don't have swollen glands or anything else in that area of my face to indicate an infection or anything like that. I got a bit of a headache but I know that's from not eating enough/not having much of an appetite. I've felt warm (all over and my head) for WEEKS on and off since around my time of ovulation, and I assumed it was just the medications. I mean I haven't ovulated on my own in who knows how long, so I just assumed it's been the meds working their way out of my body and probably affecting my hormones. I lost my basal body thermometer, so I used my regular one a few times and NO fever at all. 2 days ago I checked and it was 98.6, normal. Tonight I took it and it was 99.0...again with a normal thermometer though. I was also SO tired last week. EXHAUSTED. Again, I assumed it was the ovulation meds working itself out of my body. But then after I stopped being tired that's when my boobs changed.

In terms of "normal" symptoms, like CM changes, backaches, and nausea, I haven't noticed any major changes in my CM and sometimes I feel some pain in my back or lower abdomen movement, and sometimes I feel a bit of nausea (I did laying down last night but it goes by fast), but I dismiss all those things because those are "symptoms" I told myself I was getting back when I'd symptom check like mad at the beginning of TTC, and I know now I wasn't ovulating at all, so they don't mean anything to me anymore.

So like I said, today I got a BFN, but I am going to test tomorrow and then I have to call my doctor Monday to tell them (they told me to call at 2 weeks DPO) and I assumed they'll have me go and get a blood test to be sure, before I can think of starting a new cycle, but I just couldn't stand not asking anyone. I tried googling like mad but couldn't find anything.

Has anyone experienced this sort of lump in the throat/trouble swallowing? What are your guys thoughts on the possibility of me being pregnant? Any answers would be appreciated, thanks! It's my first time posting.
