could i be pregnant??

hi i am new to this site just after some advice i had unprotected sex i was 10 days late for my period then i bleed for 48 hrs (not as much as normal as i am normally heavy) then nothing for 24 hrs then i started noticing bleeding when i wiped after going to toilet (not everytime i went say 5 wipes out of 10) i been feeling sick, bloated n having stomach pains but i did a test and it is negative adding my 10 days and bleeding i am about 15 days since i was due my period is there chance i could be pregnant i am normally regular and heavy any advice will be very appriciated thanks
