Could this be implantation bleeding

As I don't know exactly what date last week I ovulated I'm thinking between last we'd to Friday and yesterday around 9am I had this when I wiped this was all I had it never reached my underwear and I've had none since I've took a test cause I'm a poasaholic obv It was a prob way to early I'm just hate waiting ..... All my symptoms seem to dissappear all the pinches and shooting pains down below all I have now is still the backache frequent urination , tender burny boobs and hungry little bit of nausea each time I wake and I look like I've gained 2 stone over the past few days also all I've done is sleep i just want my bed all the time how's it looking girls we pic is below tmi

I have never spotted with either my first pregnancy or my MC last year so I am not sure, but I would say it definitely could be!
