Cow and gate stage 3, not sure if i am preparing the feed properly?

Hi Ladies!
Just a quick qs. I have started Aliza on cow and gate stage 3 milk but i am a little confused if i am preparing the milk properly or not.
On the box it just gives instructions on how to prepare 7 oz formula: 7 oz water and 7 scoops of formula. I know this sounds a bit dim but am i ok preparing 6 oz milk for her using 6 oz water and 6 oz formula. i know it was ok for stage 1 but it says so on the box too but on stage 3 it doesn't say. hope i'm making some sense?!!
Also, my sister didn't give her LO stage 3 just kept her on stage 1 until she was 12 months old. Is that ok too what are the benfits of swapping to stage 3?

Yep you can make it to any amount you like, as long as the oz's and the scoops match. I dont think theres any major difference, less claories and more iron/vits I think..that and they have money off and offers etc on 6mth plus milks..x

thanks! I didn't realise it may have less calories. I thought it would have more. In that case i might put her back onto stage 1 milk.

I was about to post the same question! Wanted to know the benefits of follow on milk if any?

I don't think theres much difference, i compared the two and stage 3 has 1 more calorie than stage 1! And more iron and vits etc. But keeping lo on stage 1 is also fine x x x
