cows milk?

Lo is approaching 1, how do you transfer over? I've heard it can cause upset stomach when swapping? What's everyone's ideas and thoughts on it?

When we transfered from first milk to follow-on milk each day we added an extra ounce of follow-on milk and left out an ounce of first milk. So each day she was having more follow-on and less first milk until after a week her bottles contained 100% follow-on milk. We are also planning to make the move over to cows milk this week and I will be using the same method to move from follow-on to cows milk. xxx
