cramp like feeling and belly noises

late at night i seem to hear noises from my belly, like rumbling, but its can be loud and my bf can hear it too its tends to only happen at night when im not really doing anything, also today every now and then my stomach tightens (doing it now)then aftera bit feels fine, its kinda makes me feels nausea

im only 16 weeks plus.. is it normal?

i've been getting a noisy belly at night - as if i'm hungry but it's after i've eaten so can't be that! I get full more easier so i'm guessing that my stomach is squished and the noise is the food trying it's hardest to digest!!
