Cramp?

Does anyone suffer from cramp? I've just had a really painful muscle spasm in my toe! Never had that before. Dr Google said it could be a symptom of pregnancy???

With both of my pregnancies I would get leg muscle spasms during my sleep . I actually had one before my BFP with this pregnancy !
