Whenever I read about normal cramps, it seems they don't last very long and should not be stronger than period like cramps.
But when I cramp it often lasts for a day and a night or something like that. At least the last cramps weren't much more painful than a postpartum period...But since last night I have been going through pain that is hard to deal with. My uterus feels as if it took a beating. My whole tummy is tender to the touch. And in intervalls my uterus is buzzing and aching. Very hard to describe how it feels. I took a painkiller and am staying home today.
Does anyone get bad cramps like this? I was thinking that the pain might also be related to my uterus growing. It feels a bit like leg growing pains I had as a kid. This whole pregnancy has been painful from conception. When I conceived I spent a night in pain that made my legs tingle.
Sometimes I wonder if I am maybe hurting more because I conceived right after an early MC/ Chemical. I bled for less than a week and conceived days after the bleeding had stopped. I know there must be practically no uterine lining and wonder if that could contribute to more pain.
Any thoughts about prolonged cramping? I am drinking lots. Could I still be lacking something?
