cramping/BH

I have been having some BH on and off for the last few days. I don't remember them being this early with my other 2. But its been a while so I can't really say that confidently. But I had to take my oldest to the dr today. He has strep and had to get a shot of antibiotics. It was awful. He has Aspergers and can be very very challenging to deal with when it comes to doctor visits. He lost it when he found out he had to have a shot. I had to put him on the table and hold him down. It was so hard! It's amazing how strong a skinny 6 yr old can be!! I've been cramping ever since. I think its partly nerves and having to hold him down.

I've gotten a couple already, at night when I'm laying down before I sleep. And I get cramps when I've overdone it

I had some strong ones that lasted for a while today. I went to labor and delivery for them to monitor me. Just keep an eye on them and make sure they're not occurring too often!
