Cramping in the 2WW

Hi ladies

I came off BCP in March and this is my second cycle TTC.

Whilst on the pill I would only get AF pains / cramping / back ache literally the day before AF started.

Now I'm off it, I seem to have constant back ache and cramping "down there" every day since my predicted ovulation date. I'm only 5DPO today.

Is this normal for pain pre-AF? I can't remember what cycles were like pre-BCP so I'm not sure.
