Cramping Question....

I've posted this in second tri but I figured I would try here too....


I've had a relatively uneventful pregnancy so far, but this morning I started to get a very uncomfortable cramp on my left side. Its is this small area and it feels like consistent aching (sometimes a sharp pain).
y mw said I have a cyst on my left ovary but I have never had pain from it before....nor have I had cysts before now. She did say that it would likely become painful once I get bigger. Does anyone have anything similar? What does it feel like?
I'm not too worried as its slightly painful, but not too bad and I have an ultrasound tonight anyway.
Is there anything I can do for it? Should I be worried?

i have the same but on right side and it takes my breathe away..i have to massage it and curl up in a ball when i get it..i thought mine was ligaments but will have to mention it to my consultant next week..
