cramps 10weeks1day?

Anyone else had cramps this far along? they come and go but today they are quite sharp stabbing pains that come and go?
no bleeding so trying not to worry to much

It's probably just your uterus growing! I got pains quite frequently up until I was about 15 weeks Xx
