Cramps a week after taking morning after pill?

I took the plan b pill 2 days after unprotected sex but I am actually starting to doubt it worked. Maybe it could be just my imagination, but I am feeling regular cramping it's very slight and can be quite uncomfortable I have had sharp pains also accompanied by it, but it's not enough to be painful it's just uncomfortable and a weird feeling. Also, tmi but I have weird vaginal discharge too. Has anyone experienced anything like this? I took the pill a week ago so surely it can't be giving me symptoms a week later? I'm not sure if it's apart of the symptoms after taking the pill as I have never taken it before.
