Cramps after egg transfer

Ok so we had our eggs transferred Tuesday just gone( 5days ago), 2 eggs at 5 day blastocyst.... it's been nearly two years since we did this last and I can't remember if we had cramping this many days after? Has anyone had cramps and had a bfp? I want to say the cramps aren't really period like but more like shooting/ stabbing pains.....

I know this post is a few weeks old, but just wanted to congratulate you on your pregnancy!!! Seems the cramping was a good sign!!

I'm getting my eggs transferred on Thursday - hoping for the same result as you

Thankyou the cramping lasted about a week and it was very sharp stabbing pains... I also had a little bit of spotting.. good luck with your egg transfer!

We have a scan on the 2nd may! So finger crossed all is good
