crampy twinge left side

Hi girls. i had a chemical pregnancy or miscarriage at the end of march. my periods have been heavy and clotty since. Ten days ago we had sex but my partner did not ejaculate inside me. ive started with a crampy twinge today right in my pelvis area just above bladder to left.

i had my period the day after we had sex. when i was pregnant last time the twinges were there for a week before i lost it.

Could i be pregnant again??
