I managed to pull something in my back yesterday simply be reaching to move a pillow on DS1's bed.
Can barely walk and in a lot of pain. Been prescribed co-codomol which have helped with the pain getting up but still in agony after a few steps.
But baby is fine.
Moral of the story, I can lift DS2 but I cannae lift a pillow
