CSA Called AGAIN

For those of you that havent seen my little rant on FB I thought I would give a quick update

I just got off the phone to CSA! And finally after almost a year they have sorted out payments from Luke of a grand total of £5 a week! WTF how am I going to benefit on £5 a week. I dont want to sound ungrateful or anything and I know every little help blah blah blah but seriously!

Like last night I went to Asda and got Jacob 2 weeks worth of food and that came to just under £40 so it wont even cover anything like that!

Part of me feels like turning round and saying sod you and your money we dont need you support!

Well initally when I first put the case through he was working and I was entitled to something like £200 a month but the week before my first payment was due he quit his job!

He has set up his own company but I cant prove he is making any money from that!

I dont have an option whether or not to pay for Jacob I just have to so why should he get a choice! x

And becky.. he shouldnt get away with it!! If he has set up his own buisness that mean hes self employed? or surely its still all registered?? i dunno how it works in that case.. but im sure theres something u can do to proove he has more incoming money than he says?

Becky hun - its rubbish. Trust me I am an accountant (gosh that sounds like some dodgy joke)

You absolutely have options. tons. I can help if you need me to.

My ex has his own company, earns around 90K a year. Declares he only pays himself £400 a month which is a lie so I have had to do a lot of investigative work and its paying off. I am assuming your ex will do what most do and that is pay himself a dividend through his company (not classed as earnings) this can be up to 40K tax free. However new regulations in csa take Dividends into account so you can claim against that/ Its a long route to go but it can be done. I am in the middle of it.

Dont want to go into huge amount of detail on here but if you need help pm me and I can let you know what your options are.

Does he drive a car? does he own his own house? cos that alone will get him.

Gosh Im a woman on a mission huh!

My ex is self employed director of his own business. And whatever he did they worked out he should pay £23 a month!!! Hes in a 150grand house, own caravan, holidays almost every month etc etc yet all they said was pay £23 a month.... They get away with it and his answer is u get money from child benefit, tax credits so why should i pay anything, no one gives me money for her!!!!

THis is why we give up in the end, but im that spiteful at the mo, i would even claim 1p from him, just out of spite!!! Im in one of those moods, winds me up they dip there dicks into everything and get away with it all, go out when they want do whatever they want and we have to struggle, get babysitters just for a few hours away of us time, makes me sick!!!!!!!! xxx

csa apparently reckon josh should get £2.50 a week of his bio!!!! £2.50 !!!!! Just because there is another child involved, Absolute bollox imo they need the same things whether there is 1 or 6 kids so they should double the csa now half it GRRRR !!!!

possibly, if the father has more than one child the money gets split. no matter who the mother is,

Well kinda, you wont get less than his 1st child but once another child is involved then the money is split between the 2 children, & if there is more than 2 children it is then split between however many there is .

joshs dad is currently on benefits so he should be paying £5 a wk, but he has another child so its split £2.50 per child per wk!

csa are to dumb to realise he is yet again committing benefit fraud grr
