Curious abdomen pressure/lower back pain

Hello,

I recently found out I'm pregnant not sure how far along but just wondering is it normal to feel pressure or like heaviness in my lower abdomen and lower back pain? I have a 5 and 6 year old but its been awhile and both of those two pregnancies were different so I don't quite remember.

I'm 4 weeks and a bit, and I'm having the same thing. As far as I can tell based on all the one million googles I've done over the past few weeks - yes, it's totally normal. As long as the cramping and pressure is mild, and you're not bleeding, everything is probably fine. I wouldn't mess around with sever pain, though, and if that happens I'd consult a doctor.
