Cycle question - please help

Hi everyone, I am confused, what day I should be counting as cycle day 1?

August 16th - I had light bleeding that was there only when I wiped, no need for a pad at all, a liner but before bed it only had a few (like 2) blood spots on it.

Aug 17th - Full period bleeding.

So do I count my first day as the 16th or the 17th...trying to figure out my DPO but I am not sure?

Please help?

I guesstimate that ovulated around the 30th

HI hun Cd1 should always be the first day of a full flow....in ur case an what u explained it's safe to say the 17th Is ur CD1
