Cysts while pregnant?

Since our first scan at 7 weeks I've had a huge cyst. It has went down in the past 5 weeks but its still fairly large. Anyone else have this problem?

I get ovarian cysts all the time on my troublesome right ovary. It's grown some and is the cause of some discomfort to be sure! The sonographer said that they actually can secrete hormones that help the pregnancy, so that was reassuring.
