Anyone else commiserate? Worst part...Im only 27 weeks and know its not going to get better until this girl is born! Ive tried every cream, sitz baths, etc. but with every bathroom visit it goes back to being excruciating. THank goodness this is the last baby!!!

I don't have those, but I've had a fissure the entire pregnancy. I use Miralax to soften things up and prevent painful movements.

I’ve not got them now, but my last baby, I pushed a massive one out along with head! Sweet Jesus! It was soooooooooo painful for weeks, I’m dreading getting another, which I probably will 😣

I have a few teeny ones but have recently developed some horrendous varicose veins up in vagina area as well as legs so I’m fully expecting them to get worse in the last few weeks.
