Daughters stopped sleeping through the night?

My daughters 8 and a half months old she's slept through the night since 4 months old usually 7-7 this last week though she's waking up at 11pm-midnight 2am-3am and wants to get up for the day come 4:30am! I haven't made any changes to her routine she still gets a bath at 6pm bottle at 6:30pm then put to bed at 7pm. Its almost like she's stopped soothing herself back to sleep when she wakes up and feels she needs me sat in the room with her. I've tried ignoring her but she ends up hysterical so I always end up going to her. Any advice?

There's a sleep regression around 8/9 months which is mostly developmental. How are her daytime naps?
