Day 3 testing

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, but can anyone give me some info on cd3 testing?

I've had my bloods taken at cd21 for progesterone and that came back fine, but have heard of CD 3 testing for egg levels.

Has anyone had this done and can give me some advice on what they do/ are looking for.

At my CD 3 blood work they tested E2, FSH and LH and Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH).
