So girls I have the worst period pain ever atm and paracetamol isn't doing much, do any of you have any other remedies that will help.

Exercise helps, or hot water bottles/heat pads.

Feel better soon :flower: xx

Take 2x paracetamol and a 400mg ibruprofen. Does the trick for me. :D

My husband rubs my lower back. Surprisingly, this helps a lot :)

my hubby rubs my lower back too, in bed when im just about to go to sleep. it does help. hot water bottle too x

Ibuprophen, if it's really bad paracetamol and ibuprophen. And thinking that hopefully one day soon you'll be pregnant and wont have them for 9 months!!

I also have a wheat pack which moulds to my body and I switch between having it on my lower back, or lower belly.

thanks ladies very helpful. randomly my boss gave me an imodium instant tablet and it went straight away! :| just hoping i get a baby instead of the witch next month.

I hate being touched. It makes the pain way worse. Especially touching my lower back.

My dr prescribes me narcotics for the pain. When I was taking vitamins I had no period pains whatsoever.

Hi, prior to my ectopic pregnancy I had the worst period pains ever, that painful I would be sick. The only think that helped me was Feminax tablets, you can get them in boots or ASDA etc. Since I had my right tube removed I no longer have period pains, apparently I had old endometriosis xx

Been in bed all day cos I feel awful! :(
