I loved that timeline. One thing to add is the ADplantation, which I find fascinating.

Days 4 to 5 when the fertilized egg reaches the uterus, around Day 5 it goes through strong rhythmic contractions and then it breaks out of its shell and expands. They call this "the first birth" due to the contractions and birth. Then it attaches to the uterus and just sits there, sending chemical signals to control the immune system and be able to implant. (during the implantation window, Days 7 to 11).

I'm finally at 1 DPO here!

This cycle we covered O-4, O-3, O-2, O-1 and O-day itself! That's 5 days we BD in the fertile window!

I'm in a small village in the Alps of Italy and my husband is Italian, so it took a while for him to come around to the "timed" BD thing. "not trying, not preventing" didn't work for 6 months, so he now even asks me to tell him the days "it counts". Thank goodness.

We decorated the house for Christmas a few days ago. But his family has always done a nativity scene instead of the Christmas tree... so we did that.

But I'm from California so he also greed we'll pick a pine tree from the Alps and bring it home for me to decorate.

And I am SO jealous that you’re in Italy! My husband is Italian American and we went in May. I loved it there! We have a small nativity scene and a big Christmas tree. No reason you can’t have both!

My hubby and I just moved home to Cali from Italy. We only lived there two years while he was stationed in the Navy, such an incredible experience! Amazing that your DH is helping you with a tree! They get so pricey over there. I will never forget the nativities, so beautiful and unique!

Hey all. How is everyone feeling today? I feel bleh. Had to brake out my inhaler last night too. Mostly a dry nose and cough. I hope it stays right where it is. I do not want a full blown cold.

My biggest concern for the day is 'What's for dinner' its only before the break of dawn too...

10dpo today and right at the 3 minute mark on a FRER I spotted the most faint line ever. It’s hard to get on camera and I don’t want to get excited yet in case I got one of the unlucky indents... but a 4 hour hold for SMU has commenced!

Please let this be real!

I'm glad someone else sees it - I keep telling myself I'm seeing things and it's not real. Really hoping for something more noticeable on SMU.. trying to hold for at least another hour!

Afm... I just don’t know what days I’m on really but guessing around 9DPO today. We were NTNP so have no data apart from a dodgy memory! Test was BFN this morning. Due AF anytime from 11th.
