Swag You start testing around CD10, or earlier if you wont to or dont know your cycle's very well. Also you do not have to use them in the afternoon, For some women they work better with FMU for other's they work better in the afternoon (holding wee for 3-4 hour's, but longer for other's if wee is weak or looks weak). Even though most OPK's recommend starting with afternoon urine, as it get's stronger though the day. I use FMU and it work's great and save's me holding my wee for hour's as im prone to Water Infection's. Also OPK's are ment to be used the same time every day. So if your gonna use OPK's in the morning and afternoon, Then Best thing to do is make sure your OPK's with FMU are around the same time every morning and afternoon urine OPK's around the same time every afternoon and wee held for around the same amount of hour's Without drinking nothink. Think this is the easiest and quickest tww ever for me. As oh is going for SA beginning of dec I'm more relaxed this cycle. I ovulated 2 or 3 days earlier this cycle. Af finished cd7 (I spot for days after bleeding) then by cd11 +opk! (Usually cd14) af is due around dec 1-3, testing morning of oh SA if af hasn't come x

I have some ewcm today (this is the norm after AF I get a patch then it goes then comes back for fertile time) but I will start opk-ing today I think just in case

hi hun...yeah we did BD when I got first + opk ,then again BD on second day before 2nd + opk...but havent done further bcz DH is not feeling well......may your DH get well soon so you can get back to BD ...and FX for you this would gonna be your cycle

Well thought I would be 1dpo today as lots ewcm on Tues, but still got it today and now have colour in my opks but not positive yet, so hopefully should be over next 2 days. Will be bding again tomorrow and using my conceive plus that came yday. Come on xmas
