Decor!

A green tree with plain twinkling lights, then lots of different homemade/given as gifts decorations. We were going to do a silver theme, but it got boring quickly and I don't like buying new baubles and things much, prefer making things

I'll get a real Christmas tree, get some different colored garland, use my ornaments and get a really nice Angel for the tip top of the tree! I also plan to add candy canes! Once the tree is up, pictures will be posted.

When i lived at home my mother was such a fusspot when it came to putting the xmas decorations up; everything had to be just 'perfect' and every year was a different kind of theme. One year we even had pink and silver!! A pink xmas tree, stupid pearly pink and silver ballons and trimmings everywhere, it was disgusting! It just didn't feel like xmas. We also weren't allowed to help put them up like my nanna let us at her house either and so now I GO MAD!! lol. I don't care about colour schemes and perfectly placed ornaments etc. I go crazy with colours, i hang stuff everywhere, nothing matches and there's enough lights you could see our tree from space!!! I love it! And when my kids are old enough i'm gonna let them decorate it however they want and make it as fun as possible for them. I also have a real tree, although that may have to change now there's gonna be a LO running around xx

Blue, white and silver for us I'm quite anal about our tree so DF lets me get on with it! We also have clear icile lights all round the outside of the house and in the front window. I'm not a fan of all the colours

im having a green tree, with silver pink and bluey/purple on this year

because my front rooms so boring haha it needs colour x

i cant wait, every year me and my dad would go "tacky shopping" so that means red and green mostly with lots and lots of celing decorations and singing santas ect...

not everyones cup of tea but i love it
