Definitely a boy?

Hey ladies! I got this ultrasound at 14w6d - thought we'd have to wait until our anatomy scan, but I had to go to the ER and the tech needed to check out the baby to make sure everything was ok. She mentioned that she never gets to do baby scans anymore (since she's in a hospital), so I was wondering if there's any chance her prediction was wrong. It definitely looks like a penis to me, and I'm guessing it's probably a boy, but I also see a W/maybe three lines (?) at the base, and I know that it's early to be able to ID the sex. Thoughts?

Hmmm baby's parts are still pretty swollen at 14 weeks. I got a scan with my son at like exactly 14 weeks and it was hard to tell. It does look very boy-ish but I wouldn't be surprised if you find out girl at your anatomy scan.
