delaying ovulation

Does anyone have any pointers to delay ovulation... I need it to happen 1-2 days later than i typically ovulate. Is it even possible? I just don't want to be "out" this month

Evening primrose oil can delay ovulation by a day or 2 for some women. There is no "sure fire" way to delay it though. You'd need to chart your temps for the whole month to be sure it actually delayed it. Good luck!
