Hi Pinksprinkles!! I've chatted with you on the other TTC board. I only look at this board now bc I can't relate at all over there anymore.
I'm not a similar case to you fertility wise looks like my main problem is male factor, but we've been trying for a year and a half now.

Hi I'm new to LTTTC...just joined about a week or so ago...currently I'm not ovulating at least as of last cycle...af is due to start sometime soon...so we will see. I go in for an hsg as soon as my af shows up...nervous about that. Welcome to the group!

Hi hun! Good to see a friendly face!! *hugs* I quit BnB for a while. I couldn't relate to the regular boards but hadn't made it to a year yet and didn't feel I belonged here either. I needed a break, too, so it was a good idea for me. I feel ya, those regular TTC boards are just too much. Not going there anymore!

Thanks for the welcome. I hope we're both out of here soon.

PS: Do you have a LTTTC journal? I'd like to follow it if you have one.

I don't have a journal but maybe that's a good idea.... If I start one I'll let you know.

most likely the reason it didnt work was because i have PCOS which clomid doesnt always work...so we are going to most likely try metformin they have more of a success rate with ovulation on that medication when they have PCOS...so hopefully it works. my HSG is friday morning...im a little nervous.

on clomid i had side effects..felt like i was pregnant! messed with my head! but some ppl wont have effects of it. good luck! i hope the Clomid works for you

I have aetna insurance too..and mine covers it! aetna for me covers everything but IVF...at least the policy I have good luck! Hope they tell you your insurance is awesome and covers it!!

I'm not sure...I think we can still try this cycle...but ill start metformin most likely next week...ill find out tomorrow and tell you the fertility specialist told us what my insurance covers...they looked it up themselves...at the clinic I go to they said since IVF isn't covered for one session its only (lol) $11900.....so not going that route!

Wow! That doesn't make sense!!! There isn't any other doctor to go to? A real one?! Good luck on your BW hope you get good news! If not good luck on clomid! I hope it works for you!! That's great that aetna covers most of the tests!!! if only they covered IVF!!! all my doctors I have are all males...its awkward when doing PAP smears but ive gotten over it. My one doctor he usually does them and his wife is in there too cuz shes a nurse and its weird...its like...your watching your husband touch my uha?! Weird..lol so I see where you'd rather have a female.
