Have you got your scan soon??
Unfortuantly that is normal second time round unless you had a complicated first pregnancy! Stupid i think x

I believe we do things pretty differently here. Normally its once a month until 30 weeks - then its every 2 weeks until 36 weeks, then weekly after that until delivery.

I saw my OB at 5 1/2 weeks (earlier than I should have), 7 weeks, 11 weeks, 15 weeks, 19 weeks, and 22 weeks. I go back at 26 weeks, then probably again at 30. And then like I said above, I think after that its every 2 weeks until 36 weeks, and then its weekly until I deliver.

I also saw a specialist at 12 weeks, 16 weeks, 20 weeks (but this was optional for genetic tests, and then they found a placenta previa that had to be monitored...) I go back to him at 32 weeks for one last check...

SO yeah - we go a lot! I have also had 6 scans so far ...

I've only seen mine twice and this is my first baby that i've gotten this far in gestation with! I'm seeing her tomorrow but i'll have seen her at 9 weeks, 15 weeks and now 25 weeks! She's not listened to hb or felt my tummy or anything either

Wow. Its amazing to me that you all barely see your docs! I think I'd go crazy! I so look forward to all my appts!

I don't have a midwife...but I see my family doctor every 4 weeks.
