Demetrius or Demitri

Just pondering on these two boys names? Which do you prefer? Also I don't mind if you say you don't like either

I think they are both lovely names.... I prefer Demitri over Demetrius. But if you did choose Demetrius, you could still call him Demitri for short

i like Demetrius then it can be shortened to Demitri

Both make me think of either Tetris or Pokemon! I suppose its the long complicated other worldly Japanese vibe...Like a character in some fantasy film involving a lot of fighting and spells. Or even a magic spell. Vapundo Demetrius!

I dislike "demi", which is what they would get

I like Demetrius better. Reminds me of the 7th season of CSI where a character is called Demetrius James!

Unless there is a particular reason for choosing such traditional greek names (eg family heritage etc), I'd have to say I'm not crazy about either to be honest... sorry...!

I LOVE demitri reminds me of my love for the name alexi or aleksander for some reason lol probably the 'i'. babybrain much?
