dh is type 1 diabetic..

Lately I have been looking into this....as a possible reason why we haven't concieved....my husband was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when he was 19 in a week he will be 29...he is insulin dependent..he is super active and healthy of normal weight and everything. My husband is very sensitive about this diagnosis... So I am very careful with the things that I say. I have thought of having him get a SA but if it came back with something bad...low count, motility, etc. I know he would be crushed and blame himself I don't want that to ..... Ruin our relationship. Were a strong couple don't get me wrong....I just would rather feel like it was my fault then to burden him with it. But I also don't want to go forward feeling hopeful for absolutely no reason. Please help!!
