DH Vasectomy reversal- info need and success stories?

For those of you who had DH have a vasectomy reversal, how did you go about finding the right doctor? I'm in the process of looking but am having a difficult time. I'm in Seattle. Any info to share?

I'm 42. Have had 1 FET and 4 ivfs (one resulting in ds) and one of those ivfs done overseas. Since doing another IVF is financially not an option, I wanted to see if a vasectomy reversal would be successful. It has been over 15 years since the original vas.

Hoping mother nature would help us with #2 after the reversal.

Not personal experience but one of my friend's DH had a reversal and two IUI's later a perfect baby boy. I know it was not without a little assistance, but they did not have to get to IVF either. Did DH get a sample measured? Hopefully his levels will be great. Best of luck!

Thanks for replying! When we did IVF the clinic had to aspirated and when it was analyzed the swimmers were okay, motility was the issue. I'm thinking once the dh gets the reversal done- a little help would be needed and I would feel better having more times to try than 1 huge IVF bill and no result. Hopefully I will be on here soon looking for tic tips! I've been researching all the threads already. So much info.

Look into Rio bravo reversals , they perform tubal reversals and vasectomy reversals for much less then here and they have high success rates, lots of success storys. I think its a wise decision to get it reversed verses continue trying IVF's.
